Payment & Return Policy
Visitors must pay the full order amount with any additional shipping charges at the time of purchase, unless provided an invoicing option. Payments are done through the site via credit/debit card at the time of purchase with respect to the relevant goods and services. Visitor authorized charges to their credit card / debit card / bank card per the authorization given to them by the service provider. Battery Solutions accepts all major credits and any other valid payment methods as indicated on the site at the point of payment but takes no responsibility for payment errors caused by or contributed to by your issuing bank, credit card provider, merchant or other payment intermediaries.
Thank you for your purchase and commitment to battery recycling. If you have purchased by mistake, added too many to your cart or are not satisfied you may return your item to us for a full refund based on our refund policy below.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will walk you through the return process. Remember to place the item in its original packaging and any return information provided, and mail your return the following address:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return based on original payment method, minus the return shipping fee. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note that products for damaged, defective or recalled (DDR) items are final.
