Household Hazardous Waste Event-Lancaster, Ohio
Cirba Solutions was a proud sponsor of the Household Hazardous Waste event, in partnership with the Lancaster-Fairfield Community Action Agency, held in Lancaster, Ohio, on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
This was a significant event for the Lancaster-Fairfield community, as they had not held this type of event in 15 years. Before this, residents had to dispose of their waste in a neighboring community for a fee.
Through the sponsorship of Cirba Solutions and the EPA, the HHW event was free for all residents. Over 270 cars participated in bringing household hazardous waste for proper disposal, and we collected 771lbs. of batteries.
The success of this event is a direct demonstration of our community engagement pillar to support sustainable communities.

Lancaster, Ohio Fire Station
On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, Cirba Solutions donated three Electric Vehicles (EV) blankets to Fire Station 1 in Lancaster, Ohio.
EV fire blankets are used to contain and suppress fires in electric vehicles, primarily those involving lithium-ion batteries.
Actively participating and contributing to sustainable communities is a pillar of the Cirba Solutions Community Engagement, SustainABILITY 10,000 program. As a community partner, we are proud to support Lancaster Fire Station 1 with blankets that will help keep the community protected.

STEM Discovery Day at OHIO University Lancaster
Cirba Solutions sponsored the STEM Discovery Day at OHIO University Lancaster. Ohio University Lancaster welcomed approximately 350 middle school students from 21 regional schools.
The goal of STEM Discovery Day is to inspire young learners through education, exploration, and meaningful interactions with professionals in science, technology, engineering, and math fields. Students engaged in hands-on learning experiences throughout the day with over 30 STEM professionals and 40 dedicated volunteers. The students experienced an exciting, enthusiastic, educational day.
Through our sponsorship, Cirba Solutions played a vital role in making this event possible.

2025 Ohio VEX Robotics State Championship
Cirba Solutions was a key sponsor for the Ohio VEX Robotics State Championship for a second year. The competition allows K-12 student robotics teams to showcase their interest and engagement in STEM while also developing critical life skills and preparing students to become future problem solvers.
Due to the incredible interest, involvement, and growth, the competition had to relocate to the National Museum of the Air Force in Dayton, Ohio. This year, the Championship competition hosted over 4,500 attendees over six days, with over 17,744 views through live streaming. The championship held three levels of competitions: Elementary/ Middle School IQ- 315 students – 84 teams; Middle School V5- 235 students – 58 teams; High School V5 450 students- 103 teams.

2025 Kalahari Classic
Cirba Solutions was the proud Sponsor of the Kalahari Classic in Ohio. The Kalahari Classic event is the 2nd largest robotics competition in the world! Kalahari Classic event, the 2nd largest robotics competition in the world! The event includes Elementary, Middle, & High School teams from across the U.S. & Canada, all meeting in Sandusky, Ohio, to go head-to-head to compete!
The competition hosted 1,300 students, 380 teams, and 300 vendors, teachers, and parents this year. Cirba Solutions was excited and honored to be a part of this challenging, inventive event that strives to promote creativity and a love for science for these students.
IDTECH Ohio
Cirba Solutions partnered with several STEM camps this summer. IDTECH students have hands-on STEM fun in next-gen labs, as they experience collegiate life while exploring campus.
Sheridan Elite Squad
Cirba Solutions was a proud sponsor of the Sheridan Elite Cheer Squad (Ohio) for their 2023-2024 season.
The girls had a fantastic year and excelled in their division. They ended their season at the finals in Sandusky, bringing home a silver second-place banner.

Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce Trade Show & Dinner
Cirba Solutions attended the 2024 Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Annual Trade Show. The event provides local area businesses with the opportunity to network and gain valuable connections within the Fairfield County business community.
This year, the event hosted 101 local businesses and 400+ attendees, making it the perfect opportunity to network and gain valuable connections.

Ohio Robotics Competition
Cirba Solutions recently participated in the 2024 Ohio Vex Robotics State Championship at the Marion Coliseum (March 1-9). The competition showcased the Robotics of 234 elementary, middle, and high school VEX IQ Ohio teams. This event gave more than 870 students the opportunity to share their love for science, engineering, and competition in an arena of more than 2,100 spectators.

Lancaster County 2024 Safety Fair
Cirba was a vendor at the 2024 Safety Fair at the Fairfield County Workforce Center in Lancaster, Ohio. The Lancaster Chamber Safety Council hosts the annual event. This year, the Safety Fair had a fantastic turnout of 37 area vendors and agencies who shared information on employee health, safety, and wellness with the over 300 local elected officials, community members, students, and businesses that attended.
2024 Kalahari Classic in Sandusky
VEX Robotics hosted the 2024 Kalahari Classic in Sandusky. OH, January 16-20th. The five-day event welcomed 344 Elementary, Middle & High School VEX IQ teams (approximately 1,200 students). The Kalahari Classic is the largest VEX Robotics signature event in the world!
This was the first year that Cirba Solutions partnered with VEX Robotics to be one of the proud signature sponsors for the Kalahari Classic.
